Encounter danger: Your hero may be a noob, but he does possess skills that can keep him safe. You need to get him to use them properly to ensure his quest has a successful ending.
Slay and survive: There are treasures you need to get, and there are monsters that you need to slay. The challenge is to handle all the danger until you can finally shake the "noob" label.
Melee strategy: The noob relies heavily on melee attacks and has limited range. It is best to draw out enemies one at a time so you are not overwhelmed. If you strike first, enemies can be staggered to interrupt their attacks!

Uncover treasures and cleverly enhance your gear

Success requires continuous improvement, both in your skills and your character's power.

Gold and upgrades: Slain enemies will drop gold that you can use on the main menu. Cleverly enhance your gear by spending this gold to increase the noob's level, improving his health and attack power for the next stage.
Find and wield: The noob will always be able to attack with his bare hands, but he can find weapons on the level to collect and wield against enemies, giving you a much-needed boost in combat.
Navigate and complete: Arrows will appear to lead him to the end, where the portal awaits. Reaching the portal completes the level, opening the path to new, unlocked stages.
