In short
- Tambi Games is free to use. You don't need an account to play.
- The games are made by other developers and licensed through distributors. They belong to their creators.
- Be decent in the comments. We remove spam, hate and anything illegal.
- If something on the site is yours and you want it removed, email us.
1About these terms
These terms apply to tambi-games.com, run by Adam Macek, Czech Republic (“we”, “Tambi Games”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
2Using the site
You can use Tambi Games for personal, non-commercial play. Please don't:
- try to break, overload or get around the site's security, or copy it automatically on a large scale,
- copy the site, its texts or its game descriptions to another website,
- use the site for anything illegal.
3The games
The games are created by independent developers and provided through licensed HTML5 game distributors such as GamePix. They run from the distributor's servers. We pick and describe them, but we don't make them, and we can't guarantee that every game works on every device all the time.
Games can be added, changed or removed at any time, for example when a developer stops offering them. Some games contain their own ads or offer in-game purchases from their developer. Those are not sold by Tambi Games.
4Accounts and comments
- You need to be at least 15 to create an account. Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Comments are public. Don't post spam, ads, other people's personal data, hate, threats or anything illegal. We may remove comments and block accounts that break these rules.
- You keep the rights to what you write. By posting, you allow us to show it on the site.
- You can delete your account any time by emailing us from the address on your account.
5Copyright and removal requests
The Tambi Games name, logo, site design and the texts we write belong to Tambi Games. Games, their names, images and characters belong to their developers and owners.
If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, email tambi.games1@gmail.com with the page URL, what you own and how to reach you. We review every request and remove infringing content as quickly as possible.
6Ads and links to other sites
The site is funded by ads, mostly from Google. We link to other websites when it's useful, but we're not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
7Warranty and liability
Tambi Games is provided free of charge and “as is”. We work to keep it running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by using the site or the games. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.
8Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you live in the EU, you keep the protection of the consumer laws of your country.
